Located in the City of La Quinta in a gated community with Mountain views in every direction. Complemented by lush green belt and community pool and spa in the backyard. A 7 acre lake with paddle boats, Tennis and Pickleball courts. This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beautifully furnished and upgraded, sleeps 6, large eat in kitchen, casual open floor plan, barbeque and large patio great for entertaining. Centrally located in La Quinta minutes from boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, biking, festivals, art shows and BNP Paribas Open, Historic La Quinta County Club and Old Town La Quinta.

Pets allowed- Dogs only- $200 per pet.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community. One must be housed in the garage and the second car can be parked on the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

30-night minimum

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2022 VW Tiguan and 2022 Honda CRV available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
