This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath, second-story condo has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. Large screen TV in the living room with movie channels. Smaller TV in the master bedroom. There is a large patio just off the living room.

We have a 1 bedroom studio lock-off that adjoins the condo that can be booked for more spacious accommodation please feel free to contact me.


The clubhouse features a restaurant, fitness center, and multiple pools.

Enjoy a pool & spa just steps from your vacation home.

The property has a private electric grill and the pool at the clubhouse has propane grills.

A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available. Please contact me to reserve.

Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- dogs only.

No high-profile cars are allowed. Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.

We also have a 2019 Mini Convertible, 2015 BMW 5 Series, and a 2022 7 passenger VW Tiguan available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in a vehicle rental.
