This PGA West 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath property has spectacular mountain and golf course views overlooking the 9th hole of the Nicklaus Private course.

Large entertainer’s kitchen and family room, separate living room with sunken bar, and multiple seating options.

Play the PGA West Stadium course or the Nicklaus Tournament Course, both sites host the PGA Tour American Express golf tournament in January.

Pets may be considered. Submit breed and weight for approval. The non-refundable pet fee is $100 per pet plus applicable tax-dogs only.

For booking 2 months or more, renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

No high-profile cars are allowed.

Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
