This property is centrally located just a short drive from El Paseo (5 miles)and La Quinta Resort and Club (4 miles). (You will find convenient access to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shops, golf courses, and entertainment. The Coachella Music Festival and Stagecoach location is just 7 miles away.

The kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar that seats two. The sleeping area on the first floor offers a queen-size bed. The second story has a bedroom with a queen-size bed.
There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The living room offers a flat screen and easy access to the patio overlooking the mountains
The patio features a gas barbecue and dining table.

The washer and Dryer are 15 steps away from the unit and is coin-operated.

Gate to community has a 9 feet clearance. No high-profile cars are allowed.

We have 2019 Mini Convertible and 2015 BMW 5 Series available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Pets may be considered. Submit for approval. Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- Dogs only.
